“unfortunately, my a/c stopped pumping cold air yesterday in 80-to-90-degree weather. naturally, i started flipping out because i can hardly screw in a lightbulb without breaking it.

thankfully, Savanah promptly answered my call upon opening at 8:00 am. she was very kind and understanding about my urgent concerns. Savanah fit me into the day’s schedule, and then Heather texted me to notify me that a technician, Taylor D., was on his way.

soon thereafter, Taylor D. called me to notify me of his ETA. he arrived as on time and was very kind, knowledgeable, and respectful—and most importantly, low-pressure. after running a diagnostic, he determined our capacitor was broken and needed to be replaced. he presented two options and was transparent about costs; moreover, he explained the justification for the price difference between the two models, which i appreciated. we decided to select the American-made model with a 5-year warranty. he finished the work in roughly an hour or so, demonstrating great efficiency as well!

oh, and i also appreciated the separate text with a photo of Taylor D. to ensure safety. that was an unexpected and considerate perk!
