Takoda Van Cleave is a Lead HVAC Installer at Quality Heating & Cooling and has officially been part of the Quality family for more than 10 years. But in many ways, Quality has been part of his life far longer—he grew up around the business and considers it a second home.

Professionally, Takoda specializes in HVAC system installations and brings a strong hands-on skill set to every job. He holds EPA and NATE certifications with specialty training in electrical and plumbing, allowing him to approach installs with both technical expertise and attention to detail. He takes pride in seeing each project come together from start to finish.

What Takoda enjoys most about his role is the camaraderie among his coworkers and the opportunity to help customers feel comfortable in their homes—values that closely align with Quality’s family-driven culture.

Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, Takoda spends most of his free time outdoors. Snowboarding, hunting, and fishing are among his favorite pastimes, and he lives by the motto, “Life’s a garden, dig it!” He’s also a fan of local favorite Coynes Restaurant & Bar. When he’s not at work, Takoda enjoys time with his dog, Duke—who, according to Takoda, may have been permanently “borrowed” by his mom, Summer.
