Summer (Van Cleave) Folwell has been connected to the family business since the very beginning—born in 1976, the same year the company was founded. Growing up around the business gave her an early understanding of the dedication, care, and attention to detail that have defined Quality for decades.

Before returning to the family company, Summer gained valuable experience working with other small businesses throughout the Treasure Valley, broadening her perspective and strengthening the skills she now brings to her role. Today, she serves as Office Manager, where she plays a vital part in keeping daily operations running smoothly and supporting both the team and customers behind the scenes.

A lifelong Boise native, Summer is married to a fellow Boise native and is the proud mother of three grown children and grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren. Deeply rooted in family and community, she brings the same sense of care and commitment into the workplace that she values at home.

Outside of the office, you’ll often find Summer enjoying time in her garden and backyard, spending quality time with her family, or attending worship on Sundays. Her steady presence, experience, and heart for service continue to be an essential part of the company’s success and legacy.
