Savanah Rauer is the Installation Coordinator at Quality Heating & Cooling, where she plays a key role in keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. She works closely with the Home Solutions Advisor to schedule and organize installation jobs, manage permits, and ensure equipment is properly registered—bringing structure, clarity, and care to every step of the process.

For Savanah, the best part of her job is being part of a truly family-oriented company. Quality has always supported her and her family’s needs, and that sense of teamwork and understanding is something she values deeply.

An Idaho native who spent six years in Vancouver, Washington, Savanah loves spending her free time with her husband, Jeremy, and their bustling family of kids—Ben, Quentin, Karra, Scarlet, Bekah, Tairen, and Kieyanna. Their home is happily full, not just with people but with pets: three dogs, two cats, two guinea pigs, two mice, two tarantulas, and even a parrot.

When she does get time to recharge, Savanah enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons (every other Wednesday and every Friday!), off-roading, camping, and crocheting whenever life gives her a quiet moment.
