Born and raised in Idaho’s Treasure Valley, Jordan Van Cleave is the General Manager of Quality Heating & Cooling, a family-owned HVAC company, proudly serving the community since it was founded by his parents in 1976. Growing up in the business, he learned early the importance of hard work, integrity, and a quality-first mindset—values that continue to guide his leadership today.

A lifelong Idaho native, Jordan played baseball through college and earned his Eagle Scout rank through the Boy Scouts, experiences that helped shape his strong work ethic and team-first mentality. After completing trade school, he obtained his journeyman license and steadily worked his way into a leadership role within the family company.

Outside of work, Jordan is a devoted family man. He’s married to his high school sweetheart, also a Boise native, and together they’re raising two children who are deeply involved in sports and their community. When he’s not at the office, you’ll often find him on the baseball field volunteering as a coach for his son’s travel team.
