Jay has been part of the Quality Heating & Cooling team for over five years, helping homeowners and businesses find the right comfort solutions for their spaces. As a Home Solution Advisor, he estimates and manages residential and commercial retrofit projects—everything from HVAC systems to venting and ductwork. Jay loves that his role allows him to meet new people every day and help solve their heating and cooling challenges with care and expertise.

After years in the corporate car industry, Jay made the switch to Quality because he wanted to work for a company that truly values its employees and customers. That decision has led to a rewarding career where he’s built lasting relationships and contributed to a team he’s proud to be part of.

An Idaho native, Jay is deeply rooted in the community. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching soccer goalkeepers at Eagle High School and with a local club, —teaching as a certified firearms instructor, and spending time with his better half, Tess, and their five kids—Will, John, Brenlee, Sam, and Frankie—and teaching as a certified firearms instructor. Jay lives by the motto: “Never walk by anything wrong.”
