Jake has been a dedicated member of the Quality Heating & Cooling team for five years, bringing both skill and personality to every service call. With EPA, OSHA, and NATE certifications, Jake is highly trained in diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining all brands of HVAC equipment. His goal is simple—take great care of customers and make them feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

Jake loves working with his hands, solving problems, his customers pets, and delivering great customer service—especially when it means “saving the day” (and sometimes a few pets along the way). He was drawn to HVAC for its perfect mix of technical know-how and personal connection.

Outside of work, Jake’s creativity shines through—he’s a balloon artist, pool player, and hacky sack enthusiast who enjoys cooking, camping, hiking, and relaxing in Idaho’s hot springs. Most of all, he treasures time with his 10-year-old son.

Originally from central Illinois, Jake made the move to Idaho in 2019 and quickly made it home. His family—mom Shelly and brother Austin—soon followed, making the adventure even better. His favorite local spot? Cosmic Crepes, where you might just catch him after a round of pool league or before his next outdoor adventure.
