Heather has been part of the Quality Heating & Cooling family for more than eight years, making sure every customer is taken care of by the right technician at the right time. She loves building relationships and says one of her favorite parts of the job is chatting with customers she’s come to know as friends—especially during maintenance season when she gets to catch up with so many familiar voices.

Heather grew up and has primarily lived in Boise (with a few adventures in Anchorage and Southern California along the way).

Outside of work, Heather can usually be found with a crochet hook in hand—she’s an avid crocheter, a former beekeeper, and a lover of all things handmade. She’s been married to her wonderful husband for over 27 years, is the proud mom of three beautiful adult daughters, and shares her home with two very spoiled cocker spaniels. Her guiding philosophy is simple: treat everyone like family.
