Aaron Folwell serves as Service Manager at Quality, working closely with both the service department and install crews to ensure projects are completed with care, efficiency, and the high standards the company is known for.

A Boise native, Aaron spent much of his youth around construction and the building industry, developing a strong hands-on work ethic early on. He joined Quality in the early 2000s during a particularly busy season to lend a helping hand—and quickly discovered it was exactly where he belonged. What started as temporary support turned into a long-term career rooted in loyalty, growth, and pride in craftsmanship.

Aaron’s values as a leader, father, and team member are deeply influenced by his parents. His father served 28 years with the Ada County Sheriff’s Office, retiring as a captain in 2011, instilling a strong sense of accountability, service, and leadership. His mother spent 40 years working in a Treasure Valley nursing home, modeling compassion, selflessness, and a heart for giving—qualities that continue to shape how Aaron approaches both his work and his community.

Married to Summer Folwell, Aaron is a devoted family man and proud father of three, as well as grandfather to three grandchildren. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him hunting, spending time with family, or watching whatever baseball game he can get on the screen. Stop by the office with a baby or an animal, and Aaron will almost certainly be the first to greet you.

Having his journeyman license and a heart for the industry, Aaron remains focused on continued growth within the company and giving back to the community that has supported Quality for generations.
