In 2026, Quality Heating & Cooling is proudly celebrating 50 years of service to the Treasure Valley and surrounding communities. While much has changed since our founding, our purpose remains the same: to deliver quality-first workmanship, trusted service, and genuine care for the people we serve.
Following the passing of founder Wayne Van Cleave in 2015, the company has continued forward under the guidance of his family, honoring both his legacy and the values he built the business on. Wayne’s wife, Judy, remains actively involved, and the next generation—including his son and daughter, son-in-law, and grandsons—now work side by side with a dedicated team of employees who are more than coworkers; they are family.
Today, Quality remains proudly family-owned and locally operated at a time when many businesses in the Valley are selling to large equity groups. We believe there is lasting value in keeping our company local—grounded in the community we live in, accountable to our neighbors, and personally invested in every customer we serve.
