“The service tech is awesome, great guy but the company is nuts with the cost to fix issues. They didn't have the right ladder, so they were going to charge me $75.00 to go get a different ladder. Hahahah. And $189.00 to climb the ladder to check a intake vent. Sorry but that ks really not the best business model to use”
